The reason for this comp is simple... we put out this collection of songs because we love the music these bands are creating, we want to help share them with the world, and we want to help continue to foster a spirit of community. Ranging from singer-songwriter to post-rock, each one of these songs is fantastic and we are extremely honored to be working with these bands to release them.
This will be a collection of previously unreleased and/or new tracks from 16 great bands from the US and UK.
"We Love This Comp" vol 1 will be available on March 29th and accompanied by 2 cd release shows (lineups below!). This project is not about selling CD's, it's about sharing music so everyone that attends one of the shows will get a limited edition
FREE copy of the comp at the door!
For those who can't make it, the CD will be available in limited supply in local Seattle record stores. Digital tracks will also be available to purchase online.
We hope you are as excited about the songs as we are, and we thank you again for supporting independent music. Please take a listen, enjoy, and get involved.
